Well. I finally decided to go off sugar.
Hi , this is Molly. Sonny Boy agrees, it's best I quit the sugar.
One less junkfood. Natural sugars are allowed. Juice, fruit, and maple syrup.
100% fruit jelly and such are OK. Donuts are not. Neither are cookies, cakes, candy and the crap the world wants you to consume that gives you spots, and makes you fat.
So. Back to my junkfood problem. If I could avoid the alcohol..as I have for 2 years now, and the meat/fish/fowl and never smoke tobaccy again, giving up the sugar should be ahem, well, a piece of cake. I am aware that chocolate is my weakness, and the best way to give up the junky food products promoted by the sugar industry is to turn back to nature and enjoy her sweet bounties.
Today I ate cherries, and I had a tasty banana this week. I love cherries, and I can't wait until I can make a fresh peach smoothie.
Yes, summer is grand, and life can be sweet without processed, refined and chalky white sugar!

Getting the urge to redecorate

Part of the zen of peaceful living is a clean and beautiful environment.
You can't be a bad housekeeper if you wanna be a star!
You wanna sing? You wanna suffer? No. It ain't the way to be a messie.
Molly and Sonny Boy sweep the living room and kitchen daily. 2 cats and a dog, numerous music students and lots of dust make it mandatory.
Never forget if you believe where there is order there is peace, then the way to live is clean, neat, and tidy.
Kinda love the word TIDY. Too bad they use if for toilet cleaner...what a trip that guy in the boat must have when swirling around people's toilets. But, I digress.
Clean up butter cup!
Til later. Make it your aim to give up alcohol, refined sugar, and animal flesh, fish, and then to quote Pedro, "All your wildest dreams will come true!"

Only Legal Music instructor in residential area of town

On Tues. May 1st, 2007, a conditional use permit was granted to James Zents by the New Ulm City Council for the Amy Triebenbach's Music teaching studio operating out of his home, and now Amy Triebenbach Music Studio is the only legitimate music teaching studio in the City of New Ulm that operates in a residential area with a government-sanctioned conditional use permit.

In order for James Zents to get the approval of the community surrounding his residence, he had to go before the planning and zoning committee and have his petition approved, during which time neighbours had a chance to air their concerns, and the public was informed of the business.
After the planning and zoning committee approved the proposal, Dr. Zents had to have the New Ulm City Council approve the motion.

In view of all this action, it is to be noted now that the Amy Triebenbach Music Studio is the only residential music studio in the city of New Ulm operating at present with a conditional use permit approved by the City Council.
It has been discovered by the City council that all other music teaching studios (voice, piano, guitar, or other) which are presently functioning in the residential areas of New Ulm who do not have a conditional use permit to run their businesses are operating illegally in breach of the conditional use permit law.

(New Ulm, MN) April 26, 2007 – “Rhythm-&-Blues-Grass” is a musical style of Molly and Sonny Boy. They are featured on podcasts, webcasts and YouTube to promote their musical style.
Right now folk duo Molly and Sonny Boy's musical popularity is growing, and more and more people are visiting their website to hear their music and their “Rhythm-&-Blues-Grass Sound,” say its founders. Try a non-alcoholic "Molly and Sonny Boy Fruitie Smoothie"

Gather your ingredients:
1 small can pineapple juice

1/2 cup of blackberries

1/2 cup of sliced fresh strawberries

1 banana

1-2 cups of neapolitan ice cream

Directions:
Wash, slice fruit, and add pineapple juice and ice cream.

Blend it.

Pour it, and sprinkle a few fresh blackberries on top.

Enjoy!

Tip..you may add Franks's Hot sauce to the quesidilla instead of reg. salsa for an economical spicy sauce. Otherwise, make sure not to over-nuke your quesidilla or it will be tough. This is a great-tasting, quick, easy recipe, even quicker than pizza.

So go buy some:
Spinach tortillas (the big kind)
Drizzle them with 2 kinds of cheeses
We love
1. Pepper Jack
2. Drunken Goat (goat cheese)
and Nuke for till the cheese has melted...enjoy yum! yum! with salsa and Creme brulee decaf coffee for a noon lunch.

For treat time how about brown rice delight?

Use leftover brown rice for a tasty treat!

Tips and treats for the Vegetarian who eats dairy:
At Hell's Kitchen Molly had the Huevos Rancheros (Ranch Eggs,) they use bacon so make sure and ask for NO bacon!
Sonny Boy ordered a vegetarian vegetable paninin that was delish!
Molly and Sonny Boy share their entrees of course, so they each enjoy all the taste sensations and no one is deprived!
Molly and Sonny Boy also shared a deliciously spicy and wonderful Virgin bloody Mary (unfortunately there was a big shrimp impaled on a skewer so make sure to ask for No Shrimp when ordering that tasty drink!) Molly and Sonny Boy do not imbibe alcohol.

I can't find my shoes and Attention-deficit

Molly and Sonny Boy each have attention-deficit disorder. They are vegetarians and they abstain from alcohol.
They also have difficulty with the challenges that normal everyday people just shrug off.
Molly, "Sometimes, I procrastinate because I can't get to the next step. It may just be a simple thing like finding my reading glasses or finding my shoes to put on to go out."
